The Insurance Professionals of Sussex County were founded in 1993. The goal then is the same as it is now, to provide educational opportunities and support to the members of the insurance community.
The Mission Statement of 1993 reflects the goals of the 2005 Horizon Plan:
The Insurance Professionals of Sussex County are committed to cultivating a network of insurance
professionals that respects each other's differences and enhance each other's
strengths by:
Providing leadership opportunities to our members as part of an association in the industry
Providing continuing education credits to insurance professionals in Sussex County
Educating the public on
safety as well as legislative issues
